We started our home hunt last December and we worked with Sharon from the very beginning. Sharon helped us collect information about the properties we were interested in and filtered out the ones with issues. Every time we went to see the property, Sharon would go through the reports beforehand and ask the seller's agent about details of the property during the open house. With our budget changing, we shifted our focus from condos to single-family houses and the whole process took 4 months before we finally bought our home. Sharon was always very patient and professional during this period. After we submitted the offers, Sharon quickly followed up with the seller's agent and worked with us immediately to adjust the details of our offer. Aside from all these, Sharon has a lot of knowledge about things like mortgages, house insurance, and remodeling, and she helped us a lot after our offer was accepted. Awesome experience while working with Sharon to buy our new home and sell the old one. As a buyer agent, she always make a good preparation for the open houses. For each house we are interested, she worked with us to analyze the pros and cons, read all reports, made a plan for the pricing strategy.
